The following summarises the different fees that apply for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Explanatory Notes


Tuition Fee: The Tuition fee is payable by semester and payable one month before the start of the semester. There are 2 semesters in a year: July – December: and January – June.

Sibling Discount: There is a sibling discount on the Tuition Fee of 5% for the second child and 10% for the third and subsequent child/children.

Application Fee: This fee is payable at the time of application when the completed application form is submitted. Non-Refundable. The Application Fee covers all aspects of the application process including the online tests.

Capital Levy: This annual fee supports the ongoing development of the school, payable in the first semester. Non-Refundable after programme commencement.

Learning Materials Fee: This fee covers the cost of the main learning materials distributed to students necessary for their learning (textbooks, exercise books, photocopied resources, etc) but not supplementary materials like revision & assessment guide books, calculators, computer software, etc.

Additional Fees: The above fees do not cover uniforms, laptop (Bring Your Own Device operates for Grades 5 and above), supplementary textbooks and personal stationery, external examination fees, transportation, lunches, trips / camps, specialist tuition (eg Music) and other special co-curricular activities at school

Confirmation Deposit: This 20M Rp annual deposit secures a place after an admission offer is made, or to secure a place for the following year for continuing students. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to the Tuition fee – that is, the Confirmation Deposit is deducted from the Tuition fee. No place is guaranteed until the Confirmation Deposit is made. The Confirmation Deposit for continuing students is due three months before the start of the school year – that is, 30 April of each year.

Late Payments: Late payments are subject to a 2.0% additional fee per month. Please be advised that students may be prohibited from attending classes until fees are paid.

Semester 1 payments are due by 1 July.

Withdrawal and Refunds Policy

Introduction
This policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for families who are leaving the school.

Withdrawal Procedure
A withdrawal notice in writing to the Executive Principal’s Office by the parent or caregiver is needed to officiate withdrawal from the school. This may be by email or letter. A minimum of three (3) months’ notice of withdrawal is required in order to avoid paying additional fees.


Refund Policy
Non-refundable Items: These include the Application Fee, the Confirmation Deposit, and the Capital Levy.
Refund of Tuition Fees and Capital Levy of Newly Admitted Students Prior to Commencement

  1. 100% refund if notice is received in writing more than 30 days before course commencement.
  2. No refund if notice is received in writing less than 30 days before course commencement.


Refund of Tuition Fees of Existing Students
Tuition fees are paid a semester in advance. There is no refund of tuition fees for that semester once the semester has started. Families who pay the full year fees in advance are entitled to a full refund of the Semester II tuition fees provided that notice of withdrawal is received at least 3 months before the start of Semester II. For notice periods less than 3 months, 50% of the Semester II fee will be refunded.
